A rally dedicated to the Khojaly genocide was held in Geneva

With the support of the Coordination Council of Azerbaijanis in Switzerland, a rally was held in front of the United Nations Office in Geneva on the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
As part of an international awareness campaign “Justice for Khojaly!”, the horrors of the Khojaly genocide were conveyed to the local community by a group of young activists adapted to pandemic constraints and using modern application.
About 20 cardboard figures were lined up on the square as a symbol of the 63 children killed during the Khojaly genocide. Pictures of children were reflected on the faces of the figures, their names were written. Each figure has a QR code redirected to justiceforkhojaly.org. People passing by the figures were able to read all the information about the Khojaly genocide as soon as they directed their mobile phones to the codes.
Fresh flowers were laid on a black board laid on the ground during the action.
Activists informed passersby in French, English and Russian on the meaning of the protest.
