A program entitled "Concert of Friendship and Solidarity of Peoples" dedicated to the historic Victory and Solidarity Day of our people in the Patriotic War has been organized in Tallinn. The event was organized by the Azerbaijani House in Estonia, with the joint cooperation of Azerbaijani and Belarusian societies.
The event, which took place at the Kadriorg Palace, one of the great and historical architectural monuments of the capital, was attended by officials of the embassies of Azerbaijan and Belarus to Estonia, the Estonian Ministry of Culture, the Integration Fund,members of various communities and the media.
The two-hour concert featured the performances of soloist of the Estonian Opera and Ballet Theater Olga Zeytseva, soloist of the Stockholm Royal Opera and Ballet Theater Dara Savinova and pianist Alexander Jankevits. On the occasion of Solidarity Day, D. Savinova's performance in the Azerbaijani language created a pleasant atmosphere among the participants of the event.
During the event, congratulations on the liberation of our historical territories, calls for unity and solidarity of the Azerbaijani and Belarusian societies were voiced.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani House has recently launched an initiative to further strengthen relations with friendly nations and began to hold events of friendship and solidarity with other societies in Estonia. Chairman of the Estonian-Azerbaijani Cultural Center Niyazi Hajiyev thanked the participants and congratulated them on the upcoming December 31 - the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year. The concert ended with the presentation of gifts by Azerbaijani House to the participants and guests of the event.
